Legal agreement governing your use of btr4d services
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and btr4d. During the account verification process, you will be required to provide valid government-issued identification (Indonesian KTP or equivalent) to confirm your age. Any user found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately suspended, all funds forfeited, and may face legal consequences.
To create an account with btr4d, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. Required information includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You must not use false, misleading, or incomplete information. Any attempt to register using fraudulent information will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities.

btr4d accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) only. Supported deposit methods include bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri, as well as e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, and GoPay. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method:
Most deposits are processed instantly or within 5 minutes during banking hours. Off-hours deposits may take up to 24 hours to process. btr4d does not charge fees for deposits, though your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any such third-party fees.
You may request withdrawals to any Indonesian bank account or e-wallet registered in your name. Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by btr4d for security or operational reasons. Any attempt to abuse or manipulate bonuses or promotions, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, coordinating with other users, irregular betting patterns designed to ensure profit regardless of outcome, or any other form of advantage play, will result in immediate forfeiture of bonuses, cancellation of associated winnings, and permanent account closure. btr4d employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify bonus abuse.
All games on btr4d use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or rely on live outcomes from authorized providers. Game outcomes are determined randomly and fairly, and are not influenced by btr4d or any third party. Each game has a published Return to Player (RTP) percentage, which represents the theoretical long-term payout percentage calculated over millions of game rounds. Live dealer games are streamed from authorized studios operated by licensed providers. Players agree to conduct themselves respectfully and professionally in live game chat functions. Abusive, offensive, or inappropriate behavior toward dealers or other players will result in chat suspension or account closure. Dealer decisions are final. Disconnections during live games will be handled according to the game provider's disconnection policy, typically completing the round based on your last action.

btr4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, for violation of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud or illegal activity, failure to complete verification requirements, or any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon suspension or termination, access to your account will be revoked and all pending bets may be voided.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon receiving a closure request, we will process all pending withdrawals and refund your remaining balance minus any outstanding liabilities. Upon account termination for breach of terms, all bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited. Deposits and legitimate winnings from non-bonus funds will be returned to you after deduction of any amounts owed to btr4d. In cases involving fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity, all funds may be forfeited and relevant authorities notified.
While we strive to maintain uninterrupted service, btr4d does not guarantee that services will be available at all times or free from errors. We are not liable for service interruptions, technical failures, server downtime, or third-party infrastructure issues. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible. During service interruptions, pending bets will be handled according to our sports betting and game-specific rules.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, btr4d and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of btr4d services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of btr4d services shall not exceed the amount deposited into your account during the three months preceding the claim.
btr4d services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. You assume all risk associated with your use of btr4d services.
Many games and services on btr4d are provided by third-party vendors and suppliers. btr4d is not responsible for the performance, availability, or outcomes of third-party services. Game outcomes from third-party providers are determined by those providers' systems and are subject to their terms and conditions.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to btr4d's licensing jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from your use of btr4d services shall first be addressed through our customer support channels. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes may be escalated to binding arbitration or alternative dispute resolution as specified in our licensing jurisdiction. You agree to waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against btr4d.
All content on the btr4d platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and compilations, is the property of btr4d or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from btr4d without express written permission.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and btr4d regarding your use of our services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
No waiver by btr4d of any term or condition shall be deemed a continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Any failure by btr4d to enforce a right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms & Conditions without btr4d's prior written consent. btr4d may assign or transfer its rights and obligations at any time without notice.
